Samples usually move by courier. Production orders can be shipped by air, LCL sea freight or full-container loading. The practical method depends on volume, destination, handling facilities and required date.

Resin panels are lightweight compared with glass but still need a packing method matched to surface finish, panel size, transport mode and site access. Our export plan is confirmed with the quotation.
Packing sequence
From checked panel to loaded crate.
1Final count and dimensionsPanel numbers are checked against the schedule before packing.
2Face protectionThe finished face receives protective film where suitable, with interleaving between sheets.
3Edge protectionEdges and corners are protected to reduce chipping and abrasion during handling.
4Export cratePlywood or timber packing is sized and reinforced for the cargo, handling and transport mode.
5Marks and documentsPackages are labelled for identification and checked against the packing list and shipping instructions.
6Loading planContainer, LCL, air freight or courier loading is coordinated with the forwarder or nominated agent.
Available Incoterms
Quotations can be prepared using EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. The named port, named place, insurance and destination charges are stated in the quotation and proforma invoice.
Information to quote
Send panel schedule, finish, quantity, packed dimensions or drawing, destination address or port, required Incoterm and target delivery date.
Damage reporting
Record visible transport damage on the carrier document, photograph the crate and panels before unpacking fully, and contact sales promptly so the evidence can be reviewed.
Shipping is quoted with the panels, not guessed separately.
