These are the questions most often raised by designers, contractors and importers evaluating decorative resin panels for an international project.

Project-specific answers are confirmed in the quotation and approved documents.
There is no single MOQ across the range. Stock sheet, custom cast colour, bespoke artwork and machined components have different minimums. Send material, finish, size and quantity; the quotation will state the applicable minimum.
Yes. Common sample sizes are 100 × 100 mm and 200 × 200 mm, subject to material and availability. Custom colour, gradient or artwork samples may require a sample charge and longer approval time.
As a planning guide, stock finishes commonly take about 7–15 business days after order confirmation; custom casting commonly takes about 15–30 business days after sample and drawing approval. Machining, hot bending and special finishes can add 5–10 business days. The written quotation controls.
A physical sample is compared under representative lighting. Screens are not a valid colour master because resin thickness, texture, light source and viewing angle change the appearance.
Yes. Send dimensioned drawings and, where relevant, a 3D model. Critical curves, edge details, fixing holes and panel sequences should be identified before production.
Yes, subject to material and thickness. Provide a fabrication drawing with edge finish, corner radius, fixing positions and installation method.
Hot and cold forming can be reviewed for suitable materials. Complex forms should be prototyped because bend radius, surface finish and visible tool marks vary by build.
Send the LED type, spacing, output, colour temperature, dimming range, cavity depth and backing colour. For visually critical work, approve a full-size lighting mock-up.
Adhesive, mechanical fixings and illuminated assemblies are project-specific. The quotation states whether any accessory is included and who is responsible for local installation.
We supply panels and made-to-sheet processing. Installation is normally handled by a qualified local contractor unless a separate written installation agreement is made.
Typical files include material specification, packing list, cleaning guidance and available test documentation. Certificates and declarations depend on the exact series, thickness and required standard.
The available fire report covers a tested 4 mm specimen only and the SGS report covers general physical and optical properties. FDA food-contact approval and LEED contribution are not established by those reports. Send the required standard, series and thickness for a project-specific document review.
Export packing normally combines face and edge protection, interleaving and reinforced plywood or timber crates. Samples can ship by courier; production can use air, LCL or full-container sea freight.
Quotations can use EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP with the named place and included scope stated in writing. Import duty and local delivery are included only when explicitly quoted.
Note visible damage on the carrier receipt, photograph the crate and affected panels, stop unsafe unpacking and send the evidence promptly to the sales contact.
Use a neutral cleaner and a soft non-abrasive cloth. Avoid solvent-heavy or gritty cleaners. Follow the finish-specific cleaning guide and test any unfamiliar product in an inconspicuous area.
Send the material, panel schedule, lighting condition and destination. A technical contact will respond with the relevant option and document path.
