What is sent

The enquiry form sends your name, company, country, email, optional WhatsApp or telephone number, project requirements and any attached drawing or reference file.

Who receives it

FormSubmit processes the form and forwards it to the bfom sales mailbox. Cloudflare hosts the website. Our internal sales team uses the information only to answer the enquiry, prepare samples or quotations, and coordinate an order.

Retention and requests

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email matti.zhaoqi@gmail.com and identify the original enquiry.

Attachments

Please remove unnecessary personal or confidential information from drawings and files. Files should relate to the panel scope, dimensions, finishes, quantities and installation details.
